魔芋精粉: 外觀呈乳白色或淡黃色,中間有少量黑點及黃點,粒度大小在45-100目,有魔芋特有的氣味,其加工過程是首先將收獲的新鮮魔芋去皮、清洗,然后切成條狀或片狀,再通過烘烤設備脫水干燥,將烘干的魔芋條或片采用專用的加工設備破碎、研磨、去掉淀粉、纖維等雜質,即可獲得魔芋精粉。
主要應用于寵物食品、魔芋豆腐、素食中。
